RedClipDL respects intellectual property rights, does not host or archive video files on its servers, and responds promptly to valid DMCA notices.
1. Technical Intermediary & Non-Hosting Notice
RedClipDL (www.redclipdl.com) respects the intellectual property rights of creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Please note that RedClipDL does NOT host or store video files on its servers. All media streams are served directly from third-party source CDNs (such as RedGIFs). If a video is deleted on the source platform (RedGIFs), it immediately ceases to function on RedClipDL and is automatically purged from our database cache upon the next request.
2. How to Request Immediate Removal of a Cached /watch/[slug] Page
If you are a content creator or copyright owner and wish to have a specific clip slug (/watch/[slug]) removed from our database cache and XML sitemaps, or blocked from being resolved through RedClipDL, please send a notice containing the following details to [email protected]:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or creator handle (e.g., @username).
- The exact RedGIFs URL (https://www.redgifs.com/watch/[slug]) or RedClipDL URL (https://www.redclipdl.com/watch/[slug]) you want removed and blocked.
- Your contact information (name and email address) and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
3. Rapid 24-Hour Takedown Response
Upon receiving a valid request at [email protected], our team will purge the specified clip slug from our database cache and sitemaps within 24 hours.
